I have a gut feeling you're gonna love this recipe...

Welcome to my first blog post! I'm so happy you're here! To kick things off with my blog I wanted to share one of my FAVORITE #smoothierecipes for when my stomach is grouchy AF.

It's super simple, super tasty, and most of the fruit came from the freezer so it's ALWAYS ready to go! And of course it's #vegan, #plantbased, & #glutenfree !

There's so much healing goodness in this recipe and it has all the TOP powerhouse fruits that are warriors when it comes to calming an irritated gut. So if your gut is upset, ditch the Pepto Bismol and try out this more effective (and delicious!) option instead! What's in the smoothie, you ask?

PAPAYAS: critical for ANY digestive disorder like constipation, indigestion, acid reflux, colitis, acid reflux, IBS, bloating, and more! It gently removes toxic debris in the intestinal tract thus decreasing swelling and inflammation.

MANGOES: incredibly soothing and can help alkalinize the entire body while flushing out toxins! They also feed the good bacteria in your gut which overall improves digestion.

ALOE VERA: anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal, anti-parasitic... need I say more?! Aloe vera is so, so powerful for the body and greatly aids in assimilation, circulation, and elimination in the body.

BANANAS: packed with electrolytes, strengthen the surface cells of the stomach lining, and soooo easy for the body to digest! Also they are delicious, duh.

Okay now that we are better acquainted with our star players, here is the full recipe for this smoothie!



1 cup frozen papaya

1 cup frozen mango

1/2 cup frozen bananas

2 inch piece of fresh aloe vera gel

splash of filtered water (or any plant-based milk/juice you like)


blend it all up in a blender, pour into a bowl, and then add any toppings you like! (I personally used strawberries, bananas, and hemp seeds on mine.)
