BOMB AF BANANA BREAD (vegan + gluten-free + oil-free)

raise your hand if you're ready to sink your teeth into the best banana bread ever!! (and also make your whole house smell like delicious, warm bananas...)

it took me many months but I FINALLY perfected this banana bread recipe: moist, fluffy, and delicious... and the best part is it's only 7 INGREDIENTS! as well as:

and even has a #fatfree option!

serving size: 4 people

prep time: 10 minutes

cook time: 45 minutes


3 large, ripe bananas

2 cups gluten-free oat flour (or just blend up whole rolled oats)

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or filtered water if you're making it fat-free)

1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

optional: chopped walnuts for topping (omit if making fat-free)


1. preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper.

2. place the bananas in a bowl and mash with a fork. add the maple syrup, coconut sugar, vanilla extract and almond milk (or water). mix well.

3. in another bowl, combine the oat flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. add the wet ingredients and combine.

4. pour the batter into the loaf pan, top with the walnuts, and bake in the oven for 45 minutes. remove from the oven and cool completely before slicing. then enjoy!
